These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://maidforyoukaty.com (“Site”), operated by Maid For You (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Site or booking our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You agree to use our Site and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with security features or access
- Attempt to collect or harvest personal data from others
2. Booking and Payments
When you book a cleaning service, you agree to provide accurate information and authorize payment. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid billing information.
All services are subject to a 10% upfront payment at the time of booking for corporate contract clients ONLY. The remaining balance is due within 10 calendar days (Net 10) of the invoice date.
Failure to pay the full amount by the due date for residential clients will result in a late fee and interest charges. Past-due balances will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per day or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Any interest and fees incurred will be added to the outstanding invoice.
Continued failure to pay may result in the suspension of services and/or referral to collections at the client’s expense.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees. Refunds are subject to our discretion and the terms communicated at the time of booking.
4. Service Access
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our sole discretion, especially in cases of:
- Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
- Aggressive behavior or threats toward staff
- Repeated no-shows or policy violations
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, text, graphics, and layout, is the property of Maid For You or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Maid For You shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damages arising from your misuse of the Site or services
- Delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court in Harris Count, Texas.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
